SPARKLING WINES - 750 ML
California Extra Dry
This special cuvee is created using only selected premium varietal wine and is a delicately fruity champagne with a smooth, crisp finish. It is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany hors d’ oeuvres and light foods of all kinds.
RED WINES - 75O ML
California Merlot
This mouthwatering Merlot, blended with a very small percentage of Cabernet for balance, is aged in small French oak barrels, possesses distinct aromatics of oak balanced with ample flavors of ripe cherries, blackberries and plum.
California Cabernet Sauvignon
Aged in French and American oak barrels for over 11 months. Minimal handling results in complex, forward fruit, medium body and moderate tannins.
California Pinot Noir
Aromas of bright red fruits and lavender, and a texture reminiscent of velvet, flow into the palate with an enjoyable streak of cinnamon spiciness, and a hint of oak for structure.
Australian Shiraz
Rich, ripe shiraz in traditional styling, with pleasantly pungent, chocolate, plum and red currant. A dense palate with perceptible oak and humble tannins around a core of five spice and fig newtons, aniseed, biscuit and black cherry spice.
Italian Sangiovese
This is 100% sangiovese, quite smooth, rich flavors, and good body. From the land of Chianti, this wine does not exhibit the "pruney" dryness of some other Tuscan reds, opting for more fruit.
Minnesota Blueberry Honeywine
Semi-dry, red. A soft dry with no dry bite to detract from the mellow Blueberry flavor.
Minnesota Raspberry Honeywine
Semi-sweet, red. Great for sipping on hot summer days or as a wine spritzer. Try as a dessert wine. Serve chilled.
WHITE WINES - 750 ML
California Chardonnay
The barrel fermented Chardonnay is an assemblage of several micro climates expertly blended. Approximately 95% of the fruit comes from the Monterey Peninsula’s Central Coast region. The favorable conditions and long growing season here yield fully ripened fruit and well defined varietal character. Partially aged in one and two year Tonnellerie barrels, the end result is a balanced wine with a full mouthfeel, spicy aromas of apple and pear, with a light buttery finish.
Italian Pinot Grigio
Well balanced and smooth, with flavors of peach and melon that linger on the finish.
German Riesling
Soft and ripe, this wine is immediately appealing for its lovely flavors of peaches, apricots and ripe apples.
BLUSH WINES - 750 ML
California White Zinfandel
A deep camellia-pink in color with aromas and flavors of cherries, strawberries and cream. Light-bodied, slightly off-dry, with a crisp, clean mouthfeel, this is a fruit-forward wine that is versatile with all types of food. It is well balanced and lively on the finish.
