AUTHENTICITY

All designer handbags are sold with an ENTRUPY authentication certificate confirming your purchase is 100% authentic. The certificates will be emailed at the time of purchase or included inside of the handbag (whichever the customer prefers). Some handbags include an additional certificate from our Parisian authentication team whom has 40+ years of luxury good experience. 

If you feel you purchased an item that is not authentic for any reason, please email info@selectvintagenyc.com to advise further. 

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide directly from New York City! We ship domestic orders with UPS & USPS and international orders with UPS & FEDEX. 

If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please contact us at info@selectvintagenyc.com and we will do our best to accommodate!

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and you will receive an email with tracking information  once your order has shipped. All orders are shipped ground 4-5 business days unless otherwise noted & upgraded at check out. 

SELECT VINTAGE ships all packages with signature not required unless specifically noted. If a signature is not requested, you assume responsibility for any/all missing packages. Once the package is picked up by the courier we are no longer responsible for the package. All shipping claims must be opened by the customer. Select Vintage assumes no responsibility if the package is lost, stolen, or missing during transit. If the customer is unable to receive this package and it is sent back to SELECT VINTAGE, you will be responsible for the secondary shipping fee.

 

How much is shipping? 

For all US orders, shipping is $8. For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

 

SIZING

How do I know my size? 

All items in our store have lived a past life and don't typically follow standard sizing such as S, M, L. In the product description, we try to include as much detail as we can including measurements, brand, and a "fits like" recommendation. The size tag on the garment is outdated and should not be referenced as true to size.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How can I change my order if I made an error? 

Please email info@selectvintagenyc.com ASAP and we'll try to accommodate the change.  

What are your return and exchange policies? 

Please note that all items are sold in their CURRENT CONDITION. The condition of the item is stated in the description. Please be sure to read thoroughly before making your purchase.

All items are final sale except for bottoms (shorts, pants, skirts, denim). 

If you purchased a bottom and need to return it, please reach out to us at info@selectvintagenyc.com within 2-3 days of receiving your item. In the case that a return or exchange is authorized, the item must be returned within 7 days of return authorization in order for the item to be fully refunded. All returns and exchanges are at our sole discretion, and you must receive a return authorization before shipment.
